Līlia Waikīkī is a vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of Waikīkī, Hawaiʻi’s most well-known destination for retail, lodging, dining and commercial entertainment. The stunning 28-story residential tower, with over 400 units and 40K sf of neighborhood serving retail, introduces the first high rise, Class-A rental tower built in Waikīkī in over 20 years. During the month of December, the tower structure extended up to level 11 and the windows and walls were installed up to level 5 on the Kānekapōlei face of the building.
For this month, sewer installation work at the corner of Walina and Kūhiō should be complete at the end of January. By the end of the month, the tower will reach level 14 and the exterior windows will be completed up to level 8.
Over the next few months, manpower and delivery of material will increase as the build-out of interior spaces continues. The podium and amenity pool deck along Walina Street will also start to take shape on level 9.
